In compliance with the condo building's rules, I need this to preregister you and your companions in order to make sure that the check-in process is hassle-free for everyone. ▪️We charge one-time Cleaning fee to cover the cost of cleaning the unit before you check-in. ▪️VISITORS of the house guest/s are NOT ALLOWED to stay OVERNIGHT in the unit but they can be ENTERTAINED at the CLUBHOUSE or LOBBY AREA. If visitors are found staying in the unit overnight, the owner has the right to cancel the accommodation. ▪️Pay parking is located at the front gate of the Condominium. ▪️24 hours security guards are around the community to ensure your safety. ▪️Smoking and excessive noise is prohibited. Respect your neighbors. ▪️It is strictly advise to be careful on all the appliances / furniture as the unit is fully furnished like a cozy home.
