This apartment completely renovated in 2020 and tastefully decorated will bring you all the desired level of comfort to enjoy your stay at St Malo as a couple or with your family. It is ideally situated for a stay without car, 10 min on foot from the Sillon beach and Intramuros, and 3 min on foot from the train station and all the amenities (supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants...). Autonomous access thanks to the coded keybox on the apartment’s door. The space Well situated, the apartment is very bright with the sun in the living room-kitchen during the morning and in the bedroom at the end of the day. The apartment is composed by an opened leaving area with an opened kitchen on the leaving room with a dining area where 4 people can eat. Fully equipped (dishwasher for example) and with basic grocery (coffee, salt, pepper…), you will fast feel as being home. The big bedroom overlooking a courtyard with not overlooked will offer you calm and a comfortable bed of 160cm. The sofa bed of high quality is located in the living-room next to the living area and will offer you a second comfortable bedding of 160cm. The bathroom is equipped with an Italian style shower. The toilets are separated. At the 2nd floor without elevator, the apartment benefits from a large stairs with an easy access for children and strollers. We could make available a baby kit (baby bed, baby bath, booster seat). Feel free to ask us for it before your arrival. We also leave at your disposal some beach games for children: bucket, shovel, small watering can and a body board 6-12 with some games and books. Cleaning charges are for bed and bathroom linen for each person (a bath towel and a large towel per person). They no exempt you to do the cleaning, so we kindly ask you to leave the apartment clean, e otherwise we will charge you the whole cleaning 50€ on the bail. The apartment is closed to a laundry, so you can wash your clothes easily .A clothes drying rack and clothespin are at your disposal in the apartment. The apartment has a cellar where you can put your stuff (beach toys and other exterior amenities). Arrival and departure are easy thanks to an autonomous Bluetooth key box.
