Studio Apartment fast wifi Aircon fully sterilised

Our Studio Apartment is fully sterilised. ..self-contained with free Wifi and Aircon. It is about a 5 to 10 minute drive to the centre of Byron Bay. And a five minute drive to the nearest beach. After booking all instructions are in the house manual and guidelines on where to to find the key and park etc. The space This is a very private self-contained apartment with aircon and free Wi Fi. Park your car on the right hand side of driveway as you face the house. This is a cottage style studio. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Linen and towels are all provided just bring your own beach towels. Guest access The Studio is the furtherest on the right hand side as you face the house. Park on right side of driveway again facing the house. As you get out of the car look to your right and walk onto the concrete area and up the walkway with the large pavers and white rocks. then turn right you'll see a deck go through the gate onto the brown deck. You will then see the sliding door to the studio. The key and and information folder will be on the coffee table inside studio. Go in and make yourself at home, I will catch up with you at some stage, any problems just text me on (phone number hidden). There is enough parks for two cars so leave space for another car please. When you leave just leave studio open and key where it was when you arrived.The bins are behind the bamboo gate next to the main house front door and the green bin is on the concrete section as you enter the house. Please leave keys where they were and studio open. Thankyou Other things to note Suffolk Park has a lot to offer, there is a cool shopping centre, great coffee and the local Suffolk Hotel with great food. There is an organic food store called shaz and bazza 's in beach drive for fresh yummy food a little walk down the road. We are close to a lake with a walkway all around on beach drive and a couple of nice parks for the kids. The Suffolk Park beach is a 20 minute walk and the Suffolk shops a 15 minute walk.
