Luxury Cottage | The Perfect Autumn Retreat

🍂 **Escape to the South Downs this autumn.** The Old Stables is our AA 5-Star Gold luxury cottage, set on our family farm in the beautiful South Downs. Think crisp countryside walks straight from the door, cosy country pubs, vaulted ceilings and evenings curled up beside the wood burner. With two gorgeous ensuite bedrooms — one super king and one that can be a super king or twin — plus a private patio, it’s the perfect cosy autumn escape. Dogs welcome (£50 per stay). The space Many of our guests return year after year to enjoy the peace, comfort and beautiful surroundings of The Old Stables. The price shown is for exclusive use of the cottage for up to **4 guests**. We can also provide a **z-bed for an additional child** (supplement applies) – please get in touch for details. Outside, you'll have your own **large, private gated courtyard garden** with outdoor dining, a parasol and BBQ – the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the South Downs. In the cooler months, the cottage is wonderfully cosy with **full central heating** and a **wood-burning stove**, making it an ideal year-round retreat. Guests are also welcome to enjoy our **heated outdoor family swimming pool** (mid-June to mid-September), available **Monday to Saturday, 8am–2pm** and shared with the two other cottages on the farm. Guest access Guests can walk straight from their door into some lovely countryside. Just ask us for details of some of the pub walks too!
