Cozy studio in the old town center of Flomborn

In the traffic-calmed center of Flomborn, you will find a cozy apartment on the grounds of an old former farm from the 18th century. The apartment is located in the annex and has a separate entrance, which is accessible via the large courtyard. The space The modern studio apartment is on the first floor of the annex. The space in the attic of the building is used by the host herself. However, the apartment has a separate entrance (only a small hallway in front of the apartment is shared). The apartment has a living, sleeping and kitchen area. From this room you can directly access the shower room with large walk-in shower and toilet. In the bathroom you will find towels that are changed weekly and a hairdryer. Bedding is also provided. Change of bed linen is also provided weekly on request. However, you can make the beds yourself when changing the linens. The kitchen area is well equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. If something is missing, the host may be able to help. In front of the apartment is a covered and glazed pergola in summer. You can also stay here in the rain. In the spring, however, you have to expect that some plants are also grown under the pergola. If it gets too hot under the pergola in the summer, you are welcome to look for a shady seat in the paved courtyard. For this purpose, you are welcome to take your armchairs with you and use our small round table with chairs. Guest access Feel free to park your car or bike in our yard. We will certainly find a place for you next to our vehicles. We ask you to keep our courtyard gate and the entrance door to the courtyard closed at all times. However, vans or trucks may not be parked on the property. Within walking distance you will find several wineries in Flomborn and our supermarket is also within approx. 10 minutes' walk. The nearest small train station in Eppelsheim is about 1.5 km from our farm. From there you can reach Alzey, the next small town with many shopping opportunities by train in just a few minutes. By car, it's only about 10 minutes to Alzey. The nearest highway entrance is only a few kilometers from Flomborn. Other things to note We ask you to leave the apartment swept clean and to put used dishes in the dishwasher before departure. We would be happy if you could help us with the garbage separation. Please note that a cat often visits us. It is therefore impossible to prevent cat hair from sometimes being on your armchair/chair in the outdoor area. Please don't feed the cat milk.
