Apartment near MRT Central Park station, only 7-9mins walk. On the 5F, no elevator. The space All the room are suites with own bathroom and toilet. We provide pillow, blanket, memory mattress, and Bed cover. We have single rooms and double rooms. Guest access Public area, living room, kitchen, balcony, sofa area, laundry. Other things to note The room rate is included water fee, wifi, public area electricity fee. Each room have own electricity system, TWD6/kwh. We will sign a contract for rent and please prepare cash pledgeTWD3000~TWD7000。 When you check out and anything is fine we will return the cash pledge back to you.
