Double Rm/own shower/wc in family home in Hackney

Situated in a quiet leafy residential street, minutes away from Chatsworth Road with trendy shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and cinema. The area is very green with Millfields Park at the bottom of the road, leading to the River Lea and Walthamstow & Hackney, marshes. The Olympic Park is also a short bike ride away. Easy access to Central London via buses and Overground. The space Our house is a 4 bedroom Edwardian Terrace, used as our family home. The bedroom is in the basement with its own shower room next to it. It is bright, homely and very quiet. Access is shared with the house through the main front door then down stairs to the basement rooms. Guest access Guests can also use the kitchen, & garden. But please respect that we are a family and we use these spaces too. During your stay We both work full time, but will be as helpful as we can to point you in the right direction. We don't expect you to have to/want to socialise, but please feel free to use the communal spaces and chat whenever. It's always nice to get to know our guests, and our kids like that too. Other things to note We have 2 children, a boy aged 19 (now at university most of the year) and a girl aged 17. We also have a very friendly dog who may require some petting. And 2 cats who mostly stay away from the dog so are rarely seen.
