Budget air conditioner in Jomtien.

I will rent my condo for the long term (from two months) in Jomtien "Majestic" for one person. No deposit, payment for the first and last month. Condo is available from November 19th. The price of the question is 7000 per month. No intermediaries. The space I'm traveling again, so I want to rent out my condo in the famous Jomtien "Majestic". Very cozy condo, has everything you need for life. The area is 28 sq.m., the balcony overlooks the pool, covered parking, 800 meters from the sea, next to 7-11, Thai bazaar, everything is comfortable and pleasant. :) The condo is available from the 19th of November for two months to six months. Price of question: 7000 baht per month + water and light. The communal for one person is about 350-500 baht per month.
