Sea view holiday apartment near Alicante

Apartment in gated community near Alicante. 5 minutes by car from the beach. Pool usually open all year round + car park on premises. Great views of the bay of Alicante. Apartments are housed in a private section of Gran Alacant, a big residential area made up of different gated communities. Apartments look over a beautiful Mediterranean garden with the pool and sea on the horizon. Wonderful quiet area, great for kids, families and couples. Well behaved pets are allowed. A car is essential. The space This is a bright and airy compact 95m2 apartment in a gated community. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 of average size and one small. Open space design including the lounge, dining area and kitchen. There is a delightful terrace looking over the gardens. Also a utility room. In the apartment we also have 4 beach chairs and a parasol for guests. it's secluded and quiet and overlooks the sea and a Mediterranean garden. The apartments are situated on a cliff near the Cape of Santa Pola and have great views. There is an AC and heating unit in the lounge and main bedroom and 2 portable fans in the other bedrooms. This area of Spain has a wonderful climate with sunshine all year. What we love most about the apartment is the terrace which has a roof but is open. Its sunny there in the mornings with shade in the afternoon. The spectacular pool is open all year from 10 am to 10pm. It is hardly ever crowded. The beach is very close, about 1.5km away and you can walk there but it's a steep walk back so better by car. There is also a bus to the beach. The beach is surrounded by dunes. Plenty of bars and restaurants across the road including a British supermarket. Lots of choice for supermarkets too about 5 minutes away by car. Guest access Guests access the gated community with a key as it is locked to anyone not staying here. There is an ample car park and the apartment comes with a roofed space for a car. The pool is only for use for those living or staying here. Other things to note Licence number VT486945-A IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG DURING YOUR TRIP OR YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH SOMETHING, PLEASE LET MAR OR I KNOW IMMEDIATELY SO AS TO TRY AND FIX IT THE BEST WE CAN. Well behaved pets are allowed. No parties please. Guests must send ID details for all over 16 year olds to the owner for local registration and fill out a form upon arrival. This is the law for all tourist licensed homes in the area. The apartment is ideal for 4 people. 6 can fit as there are 3 bedrooms but with only one bathroom it's a bit of a squeeze as the third bedroom, although it has a double bed, is quite small. We like to keep the apartment neat and tidy so would really appreciate it if guests respect this and treat our holiday home as if it were their own. Please do not sit on the furniture with sun tan lotion on. Thank you. The Costa Blanca, can be prone to mosquitoes. There are mosquito net window blinds in all three bedrooms. Even so I recommend you bring anti mosquito spray or similar.
