The spacious villa is located close to the sea (just 2 km from Benagil or Centianes) on a fenced and hedged 2,000 square meter garden on a hill overlooking the valley to the mountains of Monchique in Carvoeiro. The large private pool is surrounded by a lawn and tropical plants. All living areas and the 3 bedrooms are equipped with high-quality air-conditioning units. Several terraces and a winter garden are available. Barbecue, fiberglass. The space The property has a spacious living and dining area and also a library with great mountain views. The house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One of the bedrooms with bathroom and large roof terrace is located on the first floor. An extra bed can be placed in one of the bedrooms or the library. From the kitchen-living room (dishwasher, microwave) you can access a gazebo with a view through the courtyard. The 11 meter pool (shallow and deep zones), flanked by tall palm trees and tropical plants, is surrounded by a lawn overlooking the countryside. The terraces, a conservatory, the gazebo and a barbecue station invite you to relax. Please refer to the clause "Additional information" under the rental prices regarding the costs of wood and heating. In the summer months, the moderate use of the air conditioning is included in the price, in the remaining months the possible use of heating current will be charged extra and this is correct according to consumption.
