You can access the sandy beach by crossing the street. 🏖 In the gated community, you will enjoy the spacious swimming pool open from May to October, your dedicated parking space, the proximity to the beach, the shops and restaurants of Valras beach as well as the very lively city center. The space I am happy to introduce you to my pretty beach house, I have renovated it with care and I have a great pleasure to share it with you. The 50 m2 villa is in a secure residence with pool. The beach is in front of the Domaine. The accommodation is modern and very well equipped so you can have a very nice stay. It is a fully air-conditioned duplex that offers a pleasant living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen; oven, induction cooktop, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, full kitchen battery, toaster, senseo coffee maker, gas barbecue, washing machine, steam iron and small ironing board, dining table that can accommodate 6 guests, sofa bed, 102 cm smart TV. Fixed air conditioning on the ground floor…. You will appreciate the beach-themed decor. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with TVs. The first is called the air-conditioned master bedroom with a queen-size bed. A second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed in the mezzanine. Also a desk and dresser. Cushions and duvets are available as well as disposable mattress protectors. You'll be asked to bring your linens and toiletries. Linens and towels can be provided upon request and are subject to an additional cost. Bathroom with bathtub, illuminating touch mirror and sink with storage drawer. Outside you will enjoy the first terrace with deckchairs and water point, at the back a second private space with a 6-person garden table and a large umbrella also the Weber gas barbecue. The accommodation must be returned cleaned and tidy, in case of non-compliance a cleaning fee of €100 may be withheld. Guest access In the area you will have your closed and secure parking space. You will have access to the large swimming pool. The house has a private outdoor area fenced with locked gates. Before entering the accommodation, a deposit of €400 by uncollected check is required. Other things to note Small dogs are tolerated as long as they are clean and respectful of the accommodation. You'll need to pay the €50 pet fee. They must be kept on a leash in the residence. A security deposit of €400 in uncashed check is required. You will be asked to return the accommodation cleaned and tidy, the addition of the cleaning fee is €100. Parties and gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed in the accommodation or in the area. Omissions or misrepresentations will result in denied access to the property. Linens and toiletries are not provided. Bed size for parent fitted sheet 160 x 200, children's bedroom bed 140 x 200 and 90 x 200. Fitted sheet rental available upon request.
