Marina's House will let you live an amazing experience in the heart of Cinque Terre thanks to its wonderful location closed to the little port of Riomaggiore. The typical little terrace is just in front of the sea bringing you true sea's colours and flavours. The location is closed to restaurants of the little port and shops of the centre, as well as the docking boats and the train station. The space The apartment is part of an historical building closed to the little port of Riomaggiore. It is an exclusive location when you feel embraced by the water. The apartment was recently renovated with a modern design but keeping typical and traditional interior details, unique in the world. Citra code : 011024-LT-016 Guest access Guests have the entire apartment at their disposal. They can access the big double bedroom, the cute single bedroom with an amazing view in front of the sea. The living room has an additional sofa bed and design furnitures. The kitchen space has induction hobs and vintage style fridge/freezer. From the living room you can access to the little terrace and have an unforgettable "aperitivo" in front of the sea. The apartment has two bathrooms with two showers and refined interior details. We will prepare the beds and provide linen and sheets depending on the number of guests in the reservation: - for 2 guests: double bed - for 3 guests: double bed and single bed - for 4 guests: double bed and sofa bed - for 5 guests: double bed, single bed and sofa bed Other things to note The apartment is really unique thanks to the little terrace and its view on the port of Riomaggiore as well as the interior design which has been recently renovated. The design is functional yet stylish. The apartment is closed to the beautiful restaurants of the port and shops. It takes at least 1 minute walking to get to the docking boats and not more than 5 minutes to the train station. If you might drive a car, please, note that you can't access to the center of Riomaggiore but there is a park on the top of the village. MARINA'S HOUSE also have a parking spot inside Riomaggiore Park at a special price of 15 euro by day. The price is much more cheap than the other in Riomaggiore Park. If you might need the parking spot, please, let us know before your stay as we have many requests. how to arrive: BY TRAIN Riomaggiore is the first country of Cinque Terre. You can get a train in La Spezia through Genova direction (Sestri Levante) and then drop off after few minutes. We will share a map with you so that you can easily find the apartment. It is very easy to arrive at the building. Once you get in the station's square, you can make right and then pass through a tunnel. At the end of the tunnel there are few steps and the restaurant Dau Cila just in front of you. At your left you can find the entrance of the house and the apartment is on the first floor. how to arrive: BY CAR Once you arrive in La Spezia, you can follow indications for Cinque Terre. After 15 km you will arrive in the top part of Riomaggiore where you can find payment parkings. From the top part of the city you can take via del Santuario which then will bring you to via Colombo. Once you arrive in crossroads, you can make right and pass through the tunnel in direction of train station, or make left, make few steps and follow indications for La Marina, where is the apartment.
