Good for small families. The space This is a one bedroom Condominium unit available for rent starting February 1, 2018. The bedroom will be furnished with a double bed, window curtains, a large closet and an air conditioner. The living area will be furnished with an entertainment center w/ mounted flat screen television along with two ottoman for sitting and storage of entertainment accessories the guest may bring. There is also a small kitchen that will be furnished with a refrigerator, microwave and a dining table for the guest to use. Tagaytay Tropical Greens is a peaceful and quiet place, great for relaxation with beautiful scenery including a park with a large open space. The guest will also have access to an exclusive clubhouse with two swimming pools and stunning scenery available for walk-in guests or may be reserved for weddings, birthdays or getting together with friends. Tagaytay Tropical Greens is a great community protected 24/7 by two armed guards that manage entry and exit to the property. The condominium is located inside a locked building for added protection. Unfortunately, there is no range in the unit available for cooking. Laundry is not available on the premises.
