Prasāda is a beautiful 4 BHK Riverside Villa hidden amongst a rich cluster of Mango, Chikoo, Lime and Amla Trees, at Kalpana Farms located in the scenic countryside of Karjat, surrounded by greenery, mountains and a perennial flowing river. Just relax and listen to the soothing sounds of the birds singing and the calming stream continuously flowing away by the property. A perfect place to connect with the nature away from the hustle and stressful city life. The space The entire space includes a Living Room, 4 Bedrooms, 1 Game Room, 4 Bathrooms, Kitchen and 3 Open Terraces. Living Room - A Massive High Ceiling Living room situated on the ground floor with a proper 8 seater dining area. Bedroom - There are 4 spacious bedrooms all having queen size double beds and a wardrobe each with towels, hand towels and bed sheets. 2 rooms are connected to balconies and 2 next to open terraces. Bathrooms - There are total 4 bathrooms., 3 are inside the bedrooms and 1 right outside the bedroom. Geyser is also present in all the bathrooms for hot water. Kitchen - Kitchen has the basic amenities like Gas stove, refrigerator , utensils, water purifier, Blender and Juicer We provide all the meals (vegetarian only) at an additional cost or You can enjoy the fun of cooking with family and friends. Guest access space includes a Living Room, 4 Bedrooms, 1 Game Room, 4 Bathrooms, Kitchen and 3 Open Terraces . Other things to note Please note that as Prasāda is situated in the lap of nature amidst a fruit farm (Kalpana Farms) with a flowing river by the property , the nearest market is 8 km away so please be well stocked up with your supplies . Also be advised ,if driving, to arrive in the daylight specially during monsoons . As it's a farm, the closest market is 7 kms away . Breakfast can be prepared in advance at a nominal fee of Rs. 250 per person. Lunch/Dinner can be prepared in advance at a nominal fee of Rs. 500 per person ( Veg Only).We keep basic homemade veg meal which includes Chapattis, 1 Veg Sabzi , 1 Daal and Rice. Alternatively you can also use the kitchen to reheat the meals got from outside or prepare your own food. There's a BBQ equipment at site which you can use. Also there are restaurants in resorts around (5-7kms) from where you can order in advance and pick it up.
