Short term Space for one

3 bedroom home you may be sharing the house with 2 other Airbnb guests. The house is an Older style Queenslander. A great space to stay while exploring Cairns . Please note: the room has ceiling fans & a nice breeze but is not air-conditioned. We are on a busy street so you will hear traffic noise, we are not walking distance to the city but Dfo shopping Centre is just 10 minutes walk from the house and you can get a bus from Dfo. The house is Not suitable for children or pets . The space A great affordable space to stay while exploring everything Cairns has to offer. Please note this room is not air conditioned. This room opens out to the Veranda with a small private lounge . The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We provide tea ,coffee milk & Cookies throughout your stay please help yourself. There is a main dinning area on the back deck. There are two comfortable lounges one on the Veranda a good spot if you enjoy smoking. There is an old pool table for your enjoyment. lots of space to do some meditation or yoga. The bathroom is spacious and the toilet is separate. Please note we are not walking distance to the City but if you do walk it will take around 45 minutes, the bus stop is 10 minutes walk from the house.,at the DFO shopping center , or at Cazalys. If you’re booking tours , most companies will only pick up from motels so tell them you’re closest pick up will be the Nomad Motel Mulgrave Rd or the Coral reef apartments on Mann Street, both are aprox 10 minutes walk from the house. If you have a car you’re welcome to park in front of the palm tree at the front of the house. Enjoy your stay 🌻 Guest access Guest have access to the whole house upstairs, the laundry downstairs . During your stay We live down stairs and one of us is usually available most times throughout your stay. If not, we are always reachable by mobile or Airbnb. I come upstairs to tidy the shared areas most days, & we come up sometimes to sit on the Veranda & chill, but we also respect your privacy. If you need anything please ask, we maybe able to help, We have had some amazing people stay at the house and this is very rewarding, so please feel free to pop down for a chat anytime... We are very respectful and would not disturb you if you would like privacy. We look forward to meeting you. Other things to note Please be aware if the Concrete on the Veranda is wet it will be slippery . If you smoke please feel free to smoke anywhere on the Veranda. ( not at the kitchen table ;) We try to recycle as much as possible so ask that you put all food waste in the compost bins under the sink, not in the rubbish bin.
