The Lac des Estives estate is located in the heart of nature in a quiet and relaxing setting. At an altitude of 1220 m on the Cézallier plateau, the panorama is magnificent, with views of the Sancy massif and the Cantal Mountains. FOR ALL HOLIDAYS, 12 P.M. ON SUNDAYS EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS The space The cottages are set in a small holiday estate on a 9ha property. You can stroll around the 3ha lake where you can fly fishing. As a family, you can fish for crayfish in the stream, take a boat ride on the lake (only in summer), enjoy the treasure hunt or build huts in the forest. On the estate you will find a heated and covered swimming pool (opening of Easter holidays to Toussaint holidays), a games room (billiards, ping pong table, foosball, wooden games, library), a cinema (1 session per week during the summer), a petanque court, a playground and at the reception a toy library, hiking guides and tourist information. The cottage, with an area of 50 m², is composed on the ground floor of a living room with living room, TV, wifi, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, bathroom and separate toilet, terrace with garden furniture. The mezzanine, accessible by a miller's ladder (a gate allows you to close the mezzanine, recommended for children over 5 years old), is equipped with 3 single beds. The cottage is equipped with mattress pads, pillows and duvets.
