Quaint Bungalow - very close to village

Light, quiet and clean home with renovated interior. 3 double bedrooms, all with queen size beds. 1 bathroom, kitchen and laundry as well as spacious living areas. There is fabulous indoor to outdoor flow with a great outdoor area. Large and secure section. Just a 10 minute stroll to Havelock North Village where there is boutique shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. Please note - this is my home however I fully move out during the stay. The space With an air-conditioning and heating unit as well as heaters in all of the bedrooms the property is perfect for both winter and summer stays. The outdoor area caters for both winter and summer also, with a gas heater and the ability to enclose the space with PVC roller blinds. The secure section is plenty large enough for pets and we welcome guests to request to bring dogs provided they are not let into the house. Guest access The entire house and backyard will be accessible for guests. The only feature not available for use is the garage.
