B's Hive on the Beach - "KADAL"

This is a Group stay site for up to 10. We have a a/ c dorm that can sleep 10 adults. Those interested in sleeping outdoors can sleep in hammocks or tents. But the internal space can only take that much. There are 4 cots. Out of the 4 cots, 3 cots are in the bedroom and one in the living room. We will provide bed on the floor for the six persons sleeping indoors. The space Enjoy a laid-back sunny day with a cool breeze or a party night by the beach along with your friends, family or colleagues at Kadal. Kadal is a beach house set up at a picturesque location few steps away from the beach at Vadanamelli very close to the Nemmeli seawater desalination plant at the scenic east coast road. Our beach house is recently renovated after we got hit by a cyclone last year. Kadal is dedicated to those who enjoy the company of others. Indoors consists of a dorm with a kitchenette, stocking a kettle, tea bags, milk power etc, at one end and a bedroom both with toilets attached and air-conditioned. Outdoors have deck overlooking the sea, gallery steps overlooking the sea and part of the compound wall doubling up as a screen for your projector, lawns for pitching tent and hammocks, play area having volleyball, skating ring cum basketball, trampoline. You can barrow a cricket set, Frisbee from us for playing in the beach. BBQ grill, outdoors speakers, bonfire are available at additional cost. Many sleep outdoors in a tent or hammock overlooking the sea. We have in all 5 bathrooms and open showers. Be it family, friends, colleagues, the party animals, nocturnal, those who have a smile on the lips and song in the heart. To put it simply we are for groups. Privacy seekers, Honeymooners, sorry. We are just not for you. Guest access What do we offer for group of 10 ? A decent stay in the air conditioned dorm on mattress on the floor or in a hammock placed in the lawn. Even better on a tent pitched in the lawn just across the sea. Our own Buddha in the Zen garden will keep company. Come with your music system. We have the connections and speaker s for you. For the movie buffs in you, bring your projectors. We have a screen as a part of the compound wall. Bon fire, outdoor food counters , manicured lawn, open shower facing the sea, indoor food/bar counter would add to the pleasure of staying. Other things to note Our kitchenette is not a full fledged kitchen. Cooking by guests is not allowed. Our in-house cook can serve you on prior order. We have a TV and only one of the bathrooms is fitted with geycer. We encourage guests to go to the sea for bath and use our open shower for fresh water cleaning.
