Spitaki in the village, Kissamos

Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car. The space It is actually built in two stories. As you enter there is the kitchen area with a big barbeque and electric oven as well with a traditional wood-oven which you are welcomed to use (we will be happy to help you with it). On the same floor there is the cozy sitting and dining room area with handmade wooden furniture. Outside and attached to the building there is the newly build bathroom with shower. There is also a spacious terrace where you can enjoy your coffee, tea or your meals. A wooden staircase leads to the master room upstairs. There is a double bed provided, a wardrobe and a private balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea and mountains. There is a ceiling fan and an air- condition to use in the bedroom. We would also love to welcome you ALL seasons. A wood stove in the sitting area keeps the house cozy and warm and you can also enjoy various winter activities. Other things to note We would like to mention that staying in a village, actually in nature, you should expect and tolerate with some noise from neighbors going to work early in the morning, birds tweeting and maybe a 🐓 :) Registration Details 00000344427
