Private room near 24-hour circuit with pool

Located in Mulsanne, very close to the 24-hour circuit and 20 minutes by car from the Le Mans train station. It is possible to come from the train station thanks to the tram and bus. We live in a house in a fairly quiet area and at the same time close to the city. The space possibility of having a travel cot available if you have a young child. We have 2 bedrooms with double beds for rent in a quiet house close to the 24-hour circuit. We also have a very affectionate dog and cat who live with us.
