Agriturismo La Fattoria is a beautifully restored farmhouse on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, ideally situated between Siena, Rome, and Perugia. The estate features nine separate apartments and guests can enjoy a swimming pool, a large garden, and an on-site restaurant, all while immersed in the charm of the countryside. The property is also child-friendly, offering a welcoming environment for all ages while serving as an excellent base to explore the region. The space Apartment 2 is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse and is suitable for up to 4 guests. It has a large living room with sofa, dining table, fireplace and a full kitchenette. There are two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The outdoor patio is equipped for our guests to relax.
