Situated in leafy Inverloch, is this beautiful 3 bedroom beachside holiday home, walking distance to the beach. The light and bright home is surrounded by extensive decking, the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the family BBQ or spend the afternoon immersed in your favourite book. We pride ourselves on our repeat guests, a definite indication our home is also loved by others. The space Casa Florida is a beautiful light filled home in a quiet street with leafy surrounds. Casa Florida is walking distance to both the Inlet beach and the Surf beach. The doors in the living area open up to the deck perfect for indoor / outdoor living and entertaining. This charming beach house has polished floor boards for easy living. There is a wood heater for the cooler nights which warms the whole house in no time. Curl up and watch the flames with a coffee or glass of red on the couch. A split system unit will also heat or cool the house. The layout of this Inverloch house is great for a large family holidaying together or a group of friends looking for some R&R. It can sleep up to 9. All 3 bedrooms have built in robes with storage and hanging space. There are spare blankets for cooler nights. The bunk room also has a second DVD player and TV. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to wash off the sand after a day at the beach. The whole garden is fully enclosed which is great for the kids to play in. Be sure to look us up on F@cebook under Casa Florida and Inst@gram Casaflorida3996 **Minimum stay 3 nights over Easter Period** Guest access The house comes fully equipped with two Tv's and DVD players, Bose sound dock for iPhone, Xbox 360, Nespresso Coffee Machine and Aerochino, Full sized refrigerator, Microwave oven, Electric stove top and oven, Gas BBQ, Webber, Electric Wood heater with some wood supplied for the "cooler months only" (please note we will supply enough wood for a weekend stay. Longer stays will require you to purchase wood from the BP Service Station in town), plenty of fun family games, Reverse cycle air-conditioner / heater. Laundry with washing machine. Configuration of the bedrooms are: Bed 1: 1 x Queen size bed. Bed 2: 1 x Single bunk bed and 1 x Tri bunk (single on top - double on bottom) Bed 3: 1 x Queen size bed. 1 x Port-a-Cot Sleeps 9 (plus an infant) Other things to note Hairdryer is provided. There are plentiful board games and jigsaws. A new addition is an Xbox for those rainy days. If you have a favourite game be sure to bring it along or enjoy the family friendly games we supply on site. Guests are required to bring their own linen including doona covers, pillow cases and and fitted sheets and towels. 3 x single doonas and 3 x Queen sized doonas are provided along with pillows. **For an extra per person of $10 pp charge we can provide linen.
