You have to wake up early at least one morning to take in the most spectacular sunrise you will ever see and get that famous photo of one of the first places in Australia to see the sun each day! With 3 of Ballina's best cafes within 5 minutes walk all overlooking the ocean, you will find it hard not to head out for breaky or lunch and enjoy the local cuisine. This one bedroom apartment is the the perfect escape to relax, with an all you need kitchen, relaxing lounge room, massive verandah with BBQ. During the winter months you will be able to sit and watch the wales every day from your own loungeroom and during summer, there is nothing better than the clear water and dolphins playing in the waves. Enjoying time here is so easy to do. Guest access The street address is at top of complex, recently council have changed street to no parking and in fact check regularly, fines of over $300 have been given out. There is plenty of parking at bottom of complex and shown in the arrival guide. If easier and waiting at car temporarily use the space in front of garage but that garage is for upstairs Tennant so please dont leave unattended. Other things to note Note that the 2nd bed is a single bed in the hallway off the loungeroom, it is not in separate room. The apartment has a lot of stairs to access so if have accessible needs this unit is not for you, you can't get a view like this on flat ground! We have been told by 1 guest which read this but still came and conplained, said 59 stairs up from carpark. The property does not have WiFi, unfortunately we can't not get access to Nbn to be able to put in Whale View unit. Registration Details PID-STRA-15791-2
