Eco luxury villas in nine acres of unspoiled land, full of olive trees, lavender and thyme. Built on a slope right above the sea, the villas have direct view of the sunset and access to the tiny fishing village of Skinopi and its small beach. The space Villa Levanda has a bedroom with a king size bed and a separate living area with a sofa which opens up to a double bed. The villa can accommodate up to three adults, or two adults and two children. Indoor and outdoor showers and a patio with an outdoor kitchen and dining area. They share a private land of 36,000 sq m right in front of the sea, facing south and west. The villas sit at an elevation of 14-18 m from the sea, just above the beach and village of Skinopi. The port of Adamas is 1,5 km away on a dirt road, a distance covered in 5 minutes by car. The villages of Kilma, Plaka and Tripiti are within a distance of 10 min by car. It is essential to have a car, preferably a 4x4. During your stay We can arrange your transfers, car rentals, dinner reservations and private boat tours. On call 24 hours a day. Breakfast basket delivered daily. Other things to note There are no shops or restaurants in Skinopi, just 10 fishermen houses. Although the port is 5 minutes away by car, the area is secluded.
