Description

Traditional wooden buildings give a peaceful atmosphere. The 2-story building is sunny, and the white Japanese-style room is a beautiful room with a simple image! Convenient transportation close to Nijo Castle The space [Rakuhosei] is located near Nijo Castle and has a historic city feel. There are two Japanese-style rooms and a balcony on the 2nd floor, and a kitchen, Western-style toilet and bathroom, and a tatami tea room on the 1st floor. Everything has been renovated, and you can use the convenient facilities in the old-fashioned building. Guest access We will send you a route map with detailed access and check-in instructions the day before! If there is an emergency, please contact the phone number written in the room. In case of emergency, we will resolve it as soon as possible. You can also send messages and emails to Airbnb. We will reply as soon as possible. Other things to note Other special things to note * The stairs are narrow. Be careful when going up and down! 1. If you check in without informing the host, you can leave your luggage in the room and go out. However, be sure to return the key to its original place so that the cleaning staff can enter the house. The cleaning fee is quite a lot. Cleaning is only done once before check-in. Please note that if the key is not found and the cleaning staff is unable to clean, the customer will be charged for the cleaning after that! 2. You can leave your luggage before check-in. 3. Please do not lose the key during your stay. If you lose it, we will charge you the full replacement cost. Please return the key to its original place when you go out. 4. The additional cost of towels is 600 yen per towel. 5. We do not provide toothpaste and toothbrushes. 6. The interior accessories in the room are collected by the host over a long period of time. Please use them carefully. Please be careful not to break the sliding doors in the room. If there is any damage, we will charge you the full amount. 7. The facility is located in a residential area. Please refrain from making loud noises after 9 pm. If we receive a complaint from a neighbor, we may ask you to leave. (Accommodation fees are non-refundable.) 8. No shoes in the room. Slippers are provided (not disposable). 9. All rooms are non-smoking. 10. No pets. 11. No illegal activities. 12. Guests with children should use the balcony and be careful. 13. Soundproofing measures have been taken, but the soundproofing effect may be slightly weak due to the wooden building. Please do not bother the neighbors. 14.
