The home’s bay windows face secluded park-like gardens on 5 acres where three local creeks converge. There is excellent mobile reception - both Telstra and Optus networks. THE BEDROOMS Room 1: Two single beds, direct access to shared bathroom. Room 2: Two single beds. Room 3: Queen bed and single bed, access to second toilet via laundry. Room 4: Single day bed and double sofa bed. Opens up for use as formal lounge room or play area. Room 5 (Studio): Queen bed and bunk beds. Separate from main house. Living Room: Double sofa bed. Sunroom: Single day bed. A portacot is also available (and highchair). Every bedroom has a ceiling fan. Use the supplied picnic basket and go exploring the five acre property to choose a nice spot for a picnic in the garden, along the seasonal creek or beside the dam. You can bring your own linen: at a minimum each bed requires a flat sheet, fitted sheet and a pillow case and BYO towel or alternatively, at a cost of $200 for the property, we are more than happy to provide it. Regardless, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided.
