Welcome to our newly renovated apartment Makenzy Star! Situated parallel to the Piyale Pasa beach strip, joining the buzzing Makenzy area with Larnaca's iconic Finikoudes beach; both destinations are only a short walk away. Many of the towns best fish restaurants & meze tavernas are practically at your feet. Enjoy places of interest, history & culture such as the Medieval Castle, Fisherman's port, Zenovia Shipwreck but also beautiful sunsets at Larnaca Salt Lake. The location is simply perfect! The space Our apartment is situated on the second floor of Psarolimano Court B, with elevator access, private parking and a view overlooking a beautiful green park in Makenzy. The property is perfect for 4 guests and can accommodate also infants. It is important to also note that this property is located in the same building as our listing: Style By the Sea I Makenzy Jewel [1st floor] and Makenzy Bright [4th floor] and both apartments can accommodate up to 6 guests each. [Infants and children are also welcome]. Therefore if you are a group travelling together you can all stay in the same building on different floors. In total all 3 properties can accommodate up to 16 guests. Spacious, with good light and enjoys an airy beautiful sea breeze which is ideal on hot summer days. Makenzy Star has recently been renovated although situated in an older building [scheduled to be renovated shortly]; with brand new floor boards, kitchen, bathroom and furniture. The interior is modern, minimal and stylish. For sleeping arrangements, there are 2 x double bedrooms, with 2 x twin beds or 1 x double bed. For our infant guests we can also provide extra accessories such as a travel baby crib, high chair, car seat etc. so you can travel light and stress free in regards to bringing with you these extra necessities when traveling. Makenzy Star allows comfortable living in the most perfect location in Larnaca as it is situated right in the center of our towns two most famous beaches; Finikoudes Beach and Makenzy Beach. Either beach is at walking distance and on route in either direction; bars, cafes, restaurants and plenty of tourist attractions and activities can be found. In simple words, the location is perfect, the property interior is brand new and we are looking forward to welcoming you for your best holiday yet! Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment plus 1 x free private parking accessed by a remote controlled gate entrance. Other things to note Our check in & check out times are super flexible so go ahead and request that early check in and late check out and make the most of your stay! If however, we have a same day check in / check out on the day that you arrive/depart; then please note that we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we also need to take into consideration our departing or new arriving guests needs too :) Self-check in and self-checkout is available through our lock box service provided on premises and detailed instructions are given a day before arrival and departure. For toddlers and infants, if you will be needing a travel baby crib or a highchair; please do let us know in advance to arrange [extra charges apply for this option: 7.00 Euros extra per day]. Finally, we can also provide a car booster seat at 7.00 Euros extra per day if you are thinking of renting a car and will require this additional service. For the beach, we are happy to provide beach towels at the following charge: 2 x beach towels = 12 euros 4 x beach towels = 20 euros 6 x beach towels = 30 euros Additional Plus points included in the apartment, are a TV, a kettle, a fridge, clothes drying rack, a clothes iron and plenty of wardrobe space is also available too. For parking, there is 1 x private parking on the building grounds which is accessed by remote control and plenty of free street parking. Important Note: All our properties are conducted with pest control, health & sanitation checks at the beginning and end of each season, yearly. And Our AC units go through maintenance and mechanical service once a year.
