The Cozy Getaway Home is a three story, fully furnished 2BR home (which sleeps up to 6) in a nice and quiet neighborhood away from all city buzz. Pros: -Fully equipped space with WiFi -Spacious living space -Bed: 1 King,1 Queen,1Single Bed/Extra guest, 1 Couch -Peaceful and quiet neighborhood -Public pool,table tennis,gym Cons: -Not in walking distance to BTS/MRT station -Normally it'd only take 10-15 mins to get to the nearest MRT/BTS. But during rush hour it could take up to 30 minutes. The space The main floor features a living room with a smart tv and a couch. The dining room includes a spacious table. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a fridge, stove, and a microwave. All the necessities for cooking can be found within the kitchen; pots, pan, salt/pepper, coffee maker, toaster, cups, and plates. There is also a granite island facing into the kitchen. There is also a half bathroom on the main floor, with toilet and sink. Upstairs to the second floor is the bedroom. The bedroom has a wooden floor and open window for sunlight, offering a cozy stay in the queen-size bed. Plus, a little balcony with a neighborhood view. For more than 2 guest, additional pillows and blankets will be prepared for the additional air mattress and couch. Third floor, the master bedroom features a king size bed, adjoined with sunroom connecting to the balcony, and bathroom with walk-in shower with heater, sinks, and toilet. And additional air mattress provided for the 5-6 guests. Each bed-room has its own little balcony. And closet, extra towels, and linens, are in each bed-room. All rooms comes with opaque curtain, perfect for midday naps! And additional, public club house also have a pool, gym, and table tennis! This is definitely a place to 'get away from the hectic city life', but still enjoy the life in Bangkok. Please let us know in advance if you will have a car and will be needing parking ticket! *Free washer and dryer use* Guest access You will have access to the entire home during your stay. On the day of arrival I will send you information on how to access the lock box which will contain the key for the house. The clubhouse has a public pool and a gym 1 parking spot in front of the house Other things to note SMOKING NOT PERMITTED INSIDE HOUSE Early Check-In/Late Check-Out Policy: -Early check-in between 8am-3pm will be charged $40 -Late check-out between 11am-6pm will be charged $40 *Guest checking in or out other time earlier or later than aforementioned time will need to book whole day regular room rate. Pet Policy: While we do have a pet friendly policy, prior approval and acceptance of our rules and policies is required before a pet may stay with you in our accommodations. There is also a $50.00 additional pet cleaning charge per pet. Any guest seen entering the unit with a pet, without documented permission from the owner, will be subject to a $100 fine. *2 pet maximum
