***NEWLY renovated our Charming Swiss Chalet is the perfect accommodation for your Swiss holiday. Quietly placed, Chalet Stöffeli is located 4km from Grindelwald village center. Situated just up from the main road, it offers breath-taking panoramic views without the noise. Perfectly located for those who wish to discover the area, as well as those who desire to slow down and escape the stresses of life. The space Quietly placed, Chalet Stöffeli is located 3km from Grindelwald village center. Situated on the sunny side of the valley, it offers a breath-taking panoramic view of the Wetterhorn, Mattenberg, and famous Eiger mountains. Tradition meets comfort in our charming Swiss Chalet. The 96m2 living space is divided between two levels. The upper level was fully renovated in Fall of 2019 with additional renovations in November 2023. It has a spacious living room, dinning area, a very well equipped kitchen, master bedroom and a spa inspired bathroom; including a Rain Shower feature. The ground floor was completely renovated in Jan 2024. The main entrance has a storage room as well as a brand new washer and dryer tower for your convenience. The large bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and two single beds as well as a private bathroom. Some other highlights include; wood/tile flooring throughout, swiss quality windows, stylish design concept throughout the home, a wood burning stove (main living area), an outdoor grill and eating area, balcony with mountain panoramic view, and 2 reserved parking spaces. Chalet Stöffeli is up from the main road and away from traffic and noise. Like many homes in the alpine region there is NO direct car access. The nearest parking area is roughly 30m away from the Chalet, where long-term parking is possible for maximum one car. Otherwise there are 2 long-term parking spots available at the main road with stairs leading to the Chalet (+/-150m). The Chalet is also within 10min walking to the nearest bus stop. Bed/kitchen linens are provided. Baby bed, baby hiking backpack and high chair are also available. Animals are not allowed and we have a strict NON-smoking rule! Guest access Chalet Stöffeli is a private chalet, so our guest are welcome to use the entire house as well as all outdoor areas; including private yard and outdoor grilling and seating area.
