Single Room in Kensington

We are a family having two spare bedrooms in this lovely townhouse. This listing is for one of the rooms which contains a single bed, a study desk and a wardrobe. For UNSW students: Due to the change in semesters starting this year, we will only accept long term rental requests if you are renting for all three (3) semesters. We are 1.5km away from UNSW and you can use our bikes to cycle to UNSW. The space Our townhouse is very airy and each room has full privacy, as there are split levels throughout, and we are situated in a well maintained security complex. Guest access You will be able to access the laundry which has a dryer and a washing machine. The courtyard has a clothesline and is also available for all guests to enjoy. We have a fully equipped kitchen for you to cook in together with coffee machines and tea making facilities. Our lounge room comes with a flat screen smart TV, Nintendo Wii and PS4 (with VR) consoles, and you are welcomed to use it. We also have computers and a printer at home should you require access or light printing. During your stay We work full time but one of us will generally be available during the day. Other things to note There are stairs throughout the townhouse, but we will help with your luggage! The price listed per night is based on 1 person staying in 1 single room (without meals).
