In the middle of Berlin between the government district, the Museum Island, Hackescher Markt, Potsdamer Platz and Kollwitz Platz is the ideal starting point for exploring the city. Countless attractions, galleries, restaurants, bars, clubs and shopping are easy to reach from here on foot. The space Please note extra costs before booking, see my house rules. It is a cozy and spacious apartment (78qm) in an old building. The apartment is very bright with original parquet and wooden floors. Two separate bedrooms with one double bed each (1.80 x 2.00). One bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. And a large modern fitted eat-in kitchen at your disposal. Guest access The whole Apartment is for your own. Other things to note Dear guests, please note the following before booking: All prices include VAT. Overnight guests in Berlin must pay an city tax. This is 7,5% of the total price of the stay, payable on arrival. Exceptions for stays for professional purposes will no longer apply from April 1, 2024. In some cases, it is possible to obtain an exemption from the tourist tax. (e.g. stays for patients, Berliners who need alternative accommodation...) Please let me know if an exemption applies to you. The following costs are not included in the price and will be added if necessary and then have to be paid extra upon arrival: - Sheets for pillow (80x80cm) and duvet (1.30x2.00) together 6€/person - Towels (1 large, 1 smaller) together 6€/person If you bring your own bed linen and/or towels, please let us know before your arrival. This may seem strange, especially for guests from abroad. But I also only rent for a night or two. Guests who are able to do this can save money by taking their own laundry with them and make a contribution to climate protection. The costs are those that I incur myself through the laundry company. The apartment is in a normal apartment building. It is imperative that you show consideration for the other residents. Parties are not allowed! The apartment is an absolute Non smoking apartment!
