The space The strategic position of the house is what makes it truly unique: as you walk out of the front door in just 40 seconds you will find yourself on the beach! And it's in the centre, so all you have to do is get off to have everything close by: shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, etc. You will never need the car, but you will also find the bus stops right outside the house, in all directions, if you want to visit the neighboring cities without moving the car. Possibility to also rent the garage made available by us to support the apartment for our guests. Otherwise, free and paid parking is right outside the house. For those who want to conveniently unload their luggage it is possible to arrive by car up to the door of the building. Very quiet and peaceful condominium and area, as, although in the center and very close to the seaside promenade, it remains in a secondary street protected from the noise and chaos of the city. The house has three terraces which make it really bright, from one you can see the sea. One is equipped for eating out. The kitchen is large, habitable. There are 2 bedrooms (a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds), therefore there are 4 beds. However, to those who need it, we also give, included in the price, a camping cot for children aged approximately 0-4 years, to be placed wherever you want (for example attached to the bed) and the bed rail. Finally there is also a sofa (but it is not a sofa bed). We specify that they are all strictly beds and not uncomfortable sofa beds. The double bedroom has a wonderful brightness thanks to the double exposure. We would also like to point out that both the base and the mattress of the double bed are truly double beds (i.e. they are not two single beds pushed together). Super-equipped apartment with everything you need even for long stays, so you won't have to bring practically anything. (Washing machine, large new shower cubicle, oven, microwave oven, kettle, large fridge, frozen food compartment, professional hairdryer with diffuser, roast knife, chessboard, books and board games for children, ironing board, iron ironing boards, brooms, bed rails, etc.). In the house you will also find a safe, very fast Wi-Fi, three flat-screen TVs - Smart TVs with internet access. Autonomous heating. Double glazed windows. We have had the latest generation ceiling fans installed in all rooms, with hand remote control, very silent. Furthermore, the house being on a high floor (fourth with lift) with three terraces and many windows, is very fresh in itself. Utilities included for short/medium periods; linen (towels and sheets) not included, can be rented for €10.00 per person on request. Since we also own a beach establishment, we give customers who stay in our holiday home during the summer period the opportunity to take advantage, if they wish, of this agreement so as to also have the beach at discounted rates! For rates, which vary according to the periods, ask Host Roberto privately. Naturally, in the beach establishment there is also a bar directly on the beach. Both on the beach and in the bar free WiFi coverage everywhere. Distance: 10 min walk from the apartment. Or 5 minutes by bike, or 2 minutes by bus (the bus stops in front of the beach and in front of the house, both for the outward and return journey). Bicycle rental directly from us (with seats for children of all ages and attached locks). White, fine and unmarked sand, very clear sea and ideal for children and the elderly because, for the first 100 metres, it does not become deep (i.e. you are always touching, water at your sides). At the Bar you can find every specialty: piadinas, sandwiches, stuffed focaccias, toasts, pizzas, salads, first courses, cutlets, sweet and savory pies, desserts, ice creams etc. (Opening period for the 2022 season: from Saturday 28 May to approximately mid/late October).
