Charming quiet Toowoomba Studio with views

Close to all of your Toowoomba events, this quiet, spacious, studio is amongst nature on the Toowoomba escarpment. It has beautiful views of the Lockyer Valley and distant mountain ranges. It's just 4 min drive to Gabbinbar Homestead, 8 min to the Uni of South Qld and 10 min to the Toowoomba town centre. Enjoy an afternoon drink on the deck and possibly spot a koala, take a dip in our pool. The spacious studio has its own kitchen, internet, fireplace for winter and aircon for summer. The space The studio stands alone, above and to the side of the main house, surrounded by gardens on a large plateau on the Toowoomba Range escarpment. A spacious studio, it has a queen size bed, comfortable lounge, kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge, and ensuite bathroom. Guest access Guests have full access to the studio and are also free to explore the property with its own bush walk and lookout. Other things to note We have a cat, Indi, who is allowed outside during the day so she may visit you. We also have chickens which are situated next to the guesthouse. You may hear clucking in the morning when they are laying eggs (but no noisy rooster!). The guesthouse is on tank water, which is clean and filtered in a 10L bench top purifier. Fresh filtered town water can also be provided if you prefef for drinking and cooking. Optus mobile reception is poor but wifi is very good. Telstra reception is ok.
