Villa Mario Almi House

Right on the first floor of Villa Mario, Casa Almi in the village of Nocelle, on the starting point of the famous trail "Il Sentiero degli Dei", offers the panoramic view of the Amalfi Coast from its hills. Access: 100 steps to climb. The space Casa Almi is situated in the town of Nocelle, at approximately 450 metres of altitude from the sea level, between rocky landscapes, mediterranean scrub, holm oaks woods and terracing obtained on precipitous slopes. Nocelle is a tiny, ancient, agricoltural, urban district of Positano, where only 150 locals live. You can have access to the property going down 100 steps, that start from the parking lot. Almi is a cosy and comfy apartment of about 85 squares metres, in a warm, simple, country style furnishing. It can accomodate 4 guests. After having passed through the wide terrace of 60 squares metres, you are in the living area and the kitchen. The living room features a couch, a small built in sofà with two seats, a fireplace, a table with four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, big electric oven, a small oven, a wooden table with four stools. Then two bedrooms, a double bedroom with a balcony and a terrace, a smaller bedroom with a queen-size bed, that can be converted in a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a loundry room with a stone wash and a washing machine. The apartment has wi-fi. A sweet and sel-service breakfast is included in the nightly rate. Guest access The gate and the stairs that carry you down to the accomodation are common tracts.
