Located in a rural setting yet only 15 minutes from the CBD. In the guest area upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - 2 with queen sized beds and 1 with a single bed. A 4th bedroom with a single bed and trundler is available by request only as used for storage by us. Guests will have use of a full bathroom, which has a bath and shower (over bath), and a large lounge with a tv - all upstairs. Complimentary tea & coffee facilities are available for you to help yourself to and a bar fridge for you to use. The space Our property is only 15 minutes from the CBD, 7 minutes from the Hamilton Airport and KartSport track and approx 10 minutes from Mystery Creek. Plenty of off-street parking including room for trailers. Guest access Laundry - washing machine and dryer at an additional cost. During your stay As we live downstairs we are available to answer any questions or advice as required. We will respect your privacy and peace however we are also happy for you to join us in the downstairs lounge. Other things to note Our kitchen, dining room and lounge are part of an open space downstairs. Whilst we are happy for our guests to use our kitchen and dining room area please note that it may mean we are sitting in our lounge doing our own thing. Being in the country means we are on tank water only. We therefore ask our guests to conserve water as we have a limited water supply. Please note that whilst it is mainly very peaceful living in the country also means country noises! Our listing has been set for 5 guests however the upstairs area can sleep a maximum of 7 (2 couples plus 3 singles).
