The combination of cool grey and warm copper colours combined with modern furniture and accessories makes this holiday home really unique. Situated direct in heart of Constance !!! Bicycles have a dry and safe place in the locked, covered courtyard. Floor area: 30 qm The space Kitchen and livingroom are together in one big room whereby the livingroom is slightly higher on a podest. It's equipped with a comfortable sofa bed a massive oak dining table with matching bench – just a perfect location for a wonderful holiday. Skylights make the bathroom bright and the separated bedroom is extra cozy with it's sloped roof and it's comfortable bed. Guest access On request: laundry service for a fee. Ironing board and iron can be used for free. It's possible to get a microwave if you need one. Highchair, and cots with linen caan also be borrowed without extra costs. Other things to note "Königsschlaf" exists only once in the world !!!
