A one-room, improved layout apartment in the city center. Warm and cozy. Sleeps up to 5 people comfortably. The apartment has everything you need for your stay: kitchen appliances, dishes, linen, towels, hygiene products, fast WI-FI, TV, separate toilet and bathroom, washing machine, balcony. The city infrastructure and Lake Baikal are within a walking distance (5-10 minutes), the Sobolinaya Mountain ski resort is 7 minutes away by transport. The space Guests describe the apartment as "well-maintained." It is warm, comfortable, without strange smells, quiet neighbors. Convenient location of the house. A complete set of dishes is available. There are two areas for remote work with a laptop.
