The studio is close to but separate from the main house. It's above the garage, so technically, it's a 'Fonzy Flat'. There are no shared walls with the main house. This property is convenient to the Wagga Regional Airport, Lake Albert Village Shopping Centre, and the Lake Albert recreational area. It is also close enough to Wagga to enjoy takeaway food delivery services, if necessary. Guest access Your space includes a patio for your use only and an outdoor setting to enjoy the sunset, have a BBQ, or eat a meal. Guests are welcome to use the heated mineral pool during the summer months. Other things to note You'll be staying on acreage (about 3.5). There are usually a couple of sheep in a paddock. Sometimes the front gate is closed. If this is the case when you arrive, please close the gate again. In the spirit of full disclosure, please be aware that the studio gets hot in summer and cold in winter, but there is excellent heating/cooling/ventilation, so you'll still be very comfortable. The kitchenette is suitable for preparing simple meals. The only sink is in the bathroom. Keeping things super clean is important to us, and we also want things to be as easy as possible for our guests, so we ask that you leave out any dishes you use, and they go through the dishwasher in the big house. We're sure you'll enjoy the super comfy king bed and the high-quality, natural fibre bed linen. Everything is hot-washed and, whenever possible, line dried in the Wagga sun.
