Other things to note Guests need to adhere to the same rules as tenants and owners in the building. This apartment block is family oriented, and is quiet and peaceful, we aim to keep it that way. The following information is important: - No parties or gatherings please, under any circumstances. - No interference at any time with the peaceful atmosphere of the apartment block. - There is a no noise policy from 9pm to 7:30am on Sundays and weekdays, and 10pm on a Friday night to 8am on a Saturday. - Noise in the block travels far, play music and tv softly especially if the windows are open. - Please don’t park in front of any of the garages, there is ample street parking. Don’t leave anything, under any circumstances, in your vehicle as break-ins are common! - Don’t let anyone through the access doors to the property. They need to tag themselves in or let the people that they visit open for them. - Please take refuse to the refuse area and put your refuse in black bags and into the bins provided. - Non adherence to these rules might mean a financial penalty for us, we please urge you to adhere to them. Also note that the unit has pre-paid electricity. We will load R500 every 10 days for normal usage, anything over and above will have to be topped up by guests. For local residents we will share the meter number which can be topped up from most banking apps. For overseas visitors, vouchers can be bought from most retail stores, please ask for the meter number from us. The meter will start beeping when below 10 units, which is an indication that it needs top-up that day. Any hassles please let us know.
