Stylish, first row, newly renovated 1-bedroom apartment in an apartment complex with a beautiful view of Piran's harbor and sea. The nearest beach, seafood restaurants, bars, vegetable-fruit market, and fish market are a 3-minute walk from the apartment. A parking space for you is available in Garage Fornače, for a special price of 10€/day. A separate queen-size bed bedroom and a living space with a sofa bed can accommodate up to four guests. Bed linen, toiletries, and towels are provided. Other things to note Keep in mind that Piran is a small, old Istrian city with a restricted traffic policy, which means time limitation for cars inside the city center (15 minutes for free + 15 minutes with a voucher received by us), and a possibility of parking only a bit outside of the city center (approx. 1km). From the Garage to the Tartini Square, there is a shuttle bus running every couple of minutes for 1€/ride. Mandatory additional charges (not included in the Airbnb price): Upon arrival/guest registration, the legally required tourist tax must be paid on site. The amount is €3,13 per night per adult. A reduced rate applies for children (according to current municipal regulations). Additionally, a one-time registration fee of 1,83€ is charged per person.
