Tomb of the Kings 2bdrm apt,2 pools, jacuzzi,wifi

Our apartment is in the prime location of Tombs of the Kings. The apartment overlooks the large lagoon pool with rock creations and waterfall features. The apartment has 1 double, 1 twin bedroom and a double sofa bed making it ideal for couples or families. It is fully air conditioned and has a fully fitted modern kitchen, comfortable open-plan dining and sitting areas, large outdoor patio area. The complex has a kids pool.(please see photos) The space Our amazing two bedroom ground floor apartment is fully furnished and has easy access to the pools via the patio doors. The apartment is in a quiet complex called Royal Seacrest which is in a excellent location with nearby shops within walking distance. Lidl is a ten min drive away.The complex consists of two swimming pools and a kids pool. Pool lifeguarded 7th April 2022- October 2022 10am- 7pm. Will be locked outside these hours and dates. Our apartment has wifi included with a 27 inch TV for DVD player use, 2 seater sofa bed and 2 seater sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, cutlery, pans etc. There is a dinner table with 6 chairs. There is a washing machine and iron. We have aircon and ceiling fans in all rooms which keeps the apartment nice and cool. Note: the AC can be turned on for a max of 2 hours and then will shut off. You will then need to turn it back on again. We have installed this due to guests leaving the AC on all day whilst leaving the apartment and running up a huge bill. In the bedrooms there are built in wardrobes and bed side tables. All linen and towels are provided including beach towels. Hairdryer also available. There is one locked safe in the main bedroom for your use. The terrace has a table with 6 chairs to sit out on during the day in the shade. You can access the pool from the terrace which is great and convenient. If you have a toddler we have a cot and a high chair upon request. Royal Seacrest is a secure complex with barrier entry for vehicles . Communal Sun Loungers and umbrellas are provided.(please do not take to apt patio) Guest access There is secure parking available at the complex with a keycard provided to gain access to the property. Guests normally rent a car in this area. Parking in Paphos is usually easy to find Other things to note ** Pool is strictly only OPEN from 10am- 7pm 7th April 2022 - October 2022 There is a lifeguard between these times and will be locked outside of these times.** Please shower before entering the Pool ** No inflatables in Pool ** ** Please do not take sun loungers onto apt patio** **Parking space outside front door to apartment**
