One is a small house called “The Secret Base SPICA”, seven are wooden apartments called “SPICA101”, “SPICA102",“SPICA103”, “SPICA105”, “SPICA201”, "SPICA203”, SPICA205”. And the 75㎡ apartment called “SPICA 301”. Please compare each photo and choose the apartment that suits your travel style. Only one group can be booked at one apartment, so different people cannot book your apartment. Guest access You can enter all the places of SPICA205 and the storage room. Other things to note We try our best to keep our information as accurate and up to date as possible, but please understand that appliances and furniture may occasionally change. About Footsteps in SPICA205 As the building is made of wood, footsteps from the upper floors can be heard. We kindly ask guests staying on the upper floors to walk more quietly than usual, especially during early mornings and late at night. For guests who may have heavier footsteps or larger builds, we kindly recommend staying in SPICA101, 102, 103, 105, or 301 for greater comfort and to help minimize sound for others. As footsteps—especially those of children—can easily echo throughout the building, we kindly ask families with children to consider booking a room on the first floor. 2. Indoor Footwear In accordance with Japanese customs, shoes must be removed indoors. During the winter months, the floors can get cold, so we recommend bringing indoor slippers or room shoes for your comfort. 3. Noise from Nearby Nursery School There is a nursery school next door that operates from around 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You may hear children singing or crying, particularly in the morning. 4. Consideration for Residents As there are residents living on the premises, please keep noise to a minimum in the hallways and shared passageways. 5. Linen and Towel Replacement Please change your own bed linens and towels during your stay. Used items should be placed in the laundry basket located in front of the storage room. We will handle the washing, including bleaching and disinfecting, so there is no need for you to wash them. 6. Room Cleaning Guests are responsible for cleaning their own rooms during their stay. A vacuum cleaner is available in the storage room. You do not need to clean the room before checking out. 7. Bicycle Use Two bicycles are available for shared use among guests. (maximum 3 hours use at a time). 8. Cooking Restrictions Please refrain from cooking deep-fried foods.
