Super place for - a city-break holiday in a cool part of London; business visitors; access to country pubs,historic castles and gardens in the Kent & Surrey countryside; for couples,families,and friends The space Exclusive use of the upper floor of our house (40 square metres), for up to 3 adults. Space comprises : •Double bedroom - as double-bed (UK King) - with folding doors (which can be left open, or closed for privacy) leading to the adjacent Terrace room lounge. •Cosy single bedroom with a pleasant view of the neighbourhood. •Terrace room lounge – with beautiful views, a sofa, table, chairs, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, flat-screen TV + DVD's, and direct access to the roof terrace. This room can be used as third bedroom (it has a fold-up bed suitable for a child). •1st Floor landing - has a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc. •Modern bathroom – with bath, shower, bidet, and heated towel rail. Hot water 24 hours a day. + Spacious Roof terrace – 21 square metres, with table, chairs, and amazing views - of south London, and the Kent and Surrey countryside. A perfect place to relax and dream ! Parking available for one vehicle on the driveway. Friday and Saturday price is £118 per night for one or two people, Sunday to Thursday £98 per night for one or two people; Plus £25 per night for additional guests. Ten per cent discount January to March. Minimum stay two nights. Check-in from 2 pm. Early check-in may be possible on request at additional cost of £50. No charge to drop off bags and return after 2 pm. Service wash available @ £10 per laundry basket (provided). Guest access Check-in at 2 pm. Access is through the front door of the house and the stairs leading directly up to the top floor. Guests will have exclusive use of the whole top floor of our house and the roof terrace. During your stay Guests use their own key and are therefore free to come and go as convenient for them. We live on the ground floor of the house. We will respect your privacy at all times, but it will be our pleasure to assist you with any queries or tips and advice.
