Te Ara Cottage Tranquil Retreat

Beautiful charming cottage with fantastic view. The cottage has a queen bed, a sitting room, shower, bath and toilet with own deck. Not self-contained but has gas burners, bbq set outside on the deck and microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster inside. Tea/Plunger coffee are provided. There is a walking track below the cottage and also more walks around here. We are located in Diamond Harbour, 20min walk to jetty that you can catch a ferry to Lyttelton, only 10min ride, beautiful journey The space The Cottage has a good distance from our main house so it is very private. Guest access The guests can access the entire Cottage and they are welcome to enjoy our garden. Other things to note There are lots of steps you have to go down to get to the cottage from driveway and it is steep. It might not suit everyone. Please see pictures. Wifi - The signal is very weak in the Cottage as the modem is located in our main house. You can receive better signal on the deck or if you come closer to our main house, you will get good signal which you are welcome to use. You are welcome to hang out anywhere in the garden.
