Penthouse with a big terrace and lots of light, only 5 minutes away from downtown Madrid via bus/subway This property is only rented for temporary stays for justified reasons of study, work, home renovations or similar. It is not suitable for tourists. The space This is a stylish penthouse built in two floors: one for the common áreas (kitchen, living room, terrace and bathroom) and another one with the two bedrooms and a bathroom. The terrace is very big and gets lots of sunlight, though it can be covered. Guest access The penthouse is rented entirely with all necessary commodities. Other things to note There is a noise detection device in the living room. In case of early checkin or late checkout, 35 euros will be charged additionally. The apartment is meticulously cleaned and sanitized after every guest so you can book with us with confidence. In addition to thorough cleaning, we disinfect all high-touch surfaces. We firmly believe in the sharing economy and whole-heartedly support the Airbnb Philosophy. When you stay in an Airbnb home you are staying in a place that belongs to a person, which is substantially different from staying in a hotel that belongs to a corporation. We expect our guests to be respectful of the home and the neighbors. No unregistered visitors will be allowed to access the home without direct permission from us. We appreciate guests who are upfront and honest in letting us know who will be using our Airbnb home and for what purpose. Sneaking in visitors or guests breaks the trust. It's disrespectful and annoys us to be lied to. If your intention is to use the home for any purpose other than acommodations, this is not the home for you. We do not allow parties, after parties, events or gatherings. Tenants must not engage in conduct that interferes with the rights of neighbors or cause conditions that are dangerous, hazardous, threatening, unsanitary or otherwise harmful to neighbors. Disturbing noises are not allowed after 10 pm. If there are signs that the home has been used for a party, an additional cleaning fee of no less than €100 will be charged. Your booking will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave immediately, without refund.
