This is a newly built home with 3 rooms accessible separately from outside, with parking spaces. This room is one of the 3 which can be rented out individually. This place is tucked in a nice & serene village in Kuala Kangsar, just beside the main road. Delicious Malaysian breakfast can be held at a restaurant just next door. Each room is air-conditioned & has private bathroom with basic amenities including queen bed, TV, a pair of chairs, towels, kettle, hanging shelf. The space It is a spacious ground level private room with a queen size bed & attached bathroom where you can park just outside the door. Location is very good. National PLUS Highway exit is just 1.5 km away while Kuala Kangsar town center is minutes (3 km) away. Please do not bring smelly food (like durian) & pets inside the room. You can bring chairs & eat outside of the room if necessary. I am also building an outdoor cooking & seating area & shall update you once it is available for use. As the place is situated in a small. conservative village, please respect the community by not making too much of noises at night & be modest in your appearance.
