This spacious and quiet duplex apartment (110 m2) at the top floor of a building, is composed of 4 rooms (1 large living room, 1 office and 2 separate bedrooms), fully equiped and very comfortable. It will be perfect for your stay as a couple or family (2 adults, 2 children and / or 1 baby). It is ideally located, served by 2 subway lines, an RER line and several bus lines, allowing you to reach many places throughout the city: the Eiffel tower (bus 42), Invalides, Concorde, Madeleine, Operas or The Grands Boulevards (line 8), but also Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the Latin Quarter (line 10), the Musée d'Orsay, the Porte Maillot and the Château de Versailles (RER C). The district, typically Parisian, is full of bakeries, pastries, caterers (Chinese, Italian and Lebanese), primeurs, banks, pharmacies and restaurants. A list of our favorite places will be left at your disposal in the apartment. You will find many small shops in the Saint Charles district, 5 minutes away and more than 100 major brands (Zara, Fnac, Petit bateau, Nature et découvertes, Marks and Spencer, H&M ...) in the brand new shopping mall of Beaugrenelle which also includes a large Pathé cinema. The building is located in a very quiet street, in front of a charming old church. It offers a safe environment thanks to its proximity to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The apartment is furnished with vintage design (Scandinavian, 50s and 60s) and located on the 3rd and last floor of a small parisian building which staircase has just been renovated. The duplex (110 m2 in all) comprises 4 rooms: a large living room / dining room with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a study, and – upstairs - a bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90 x 200 cm), a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, a washing machine, plus two separate toilets (one on each floor) and a baby bed. The living room has a large library with many books in French and English, as well as a vintage record player. The floor is in oak parquet. Everything is included: bed linen, towels, water, electricity, gas, heating. Guest access Gas stove, Refrigerator, Freezer, Italian coffee maker, Dishwasher, Kettle.
