Modern, stylish apartment 10 min from city centre

Modern and charming 1 bedroom apartment with all necessities. The apartment is located in Ørestad close to metro/train taking you to the airport in 6 min and to the city center in 9 min. You have solo access to the entire apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a king size bed (160 cm). You can enjoy your morning coffee or dinner with a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking a small green city park. Welcome! The space Depending on the time of your arrival the key will either be waiting for you in a key locker in a 7Eleven convenience shop in the airport - or I will be in the apartment to greet you. My four-legged best friend Bobby, an allergy-friendly dog who doesn't shed fur, lives here with me. I am a very strict dog mom, and he is not allowed on the bed or sofa. So you won't notice any sign of him! The kitchen is fully equipped with a nespresso coffee maker, pots and pans etc. Everything you need for a home cooked meal. There is a TV with chromecast and netflix availability in the living room, a sofa to relax in as well as a 4 chair dining table. In the bedroom you find a king size bed (160 cm), and all bedding, cushions, duvets, towels etc. are supplied. Please note that closet space is limited for shorter stays - to drawers and half a hang rack is available. More closet space for longer stays. Guest access It’s very simple to get from the airport to the apartment. You can take any train from track 2 (the train is slightly faster than metro), and get off at the 2nd stop: Ørestad Station. It’s a 6 min trip, and you can buy tickets or 24/4872 hour passes before you go down to track 2. Otherwise it is a 10 minute taxi drive. From the same station, Ørestad, you can take a 9 minute metro trip and reach Kongens Nytorv, the central part of Copenhagen. If you are coming by car, there are two different options: 1. Parking house at 120 dkk for 24 hours. The closest is Kay Fisker P-hus (Arne Jacobsens Allé 19). Electric car charging stations are available. 2. Free parking with no time limit on Kongelundsvej 10 minutes away. Put in Kongelundsvej nr. 122 on the GPS for the shortest walking distance to the apartment. Be aware that the spots are limited.
