Peaceful oasis in the middle of Sutton

Beautiful loft located in the heart of the village, with stunning views of Mount Sutton. Very bright, 11-foot cathedral ceiling, 1 closed bedroom, full bathroom including washer-dryer. Wood-burning stove in the main room for a perfect relaxing and cottage atmosphere. Private terrace behind, surrounded by trees. Private entrance and ample parking. Within walking distance to shops, 130 m to Goyette Hill Park and a 7-minute drive to Mount Sutton. The space The loft is located on the second floor, above the garage and has its own entrance door, at the back. The main room includes the living room and kitchen/dining room. This very bright room with windows on three sides has a small Jotul wood stove, a sectional sofa bed, a kitchen counter table with stools and a full kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a convection oven, fridge, microwave, espresso machine (De'Longhi), filter coffee maker, kettle, blender, cookware, fondue pot (and fondue fuel) and some kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, olive oil, vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar). The bedroom is located at the front, with a magnificent view of the Sutton Mountains. It has a queen bed with a mattress and two super comfortable pillows and a recliner to relax or read a good book. The bathroom has a shower-bath and a stacked washer-dryer. The floors are radiant (heated floors with glycol as an energy source). Guest access You have access to the loft, the private terrace at the back, a large parking lot (possibility of two cars). We have a large lot at the back of the loft, you have access to it to walk around and explore (note that there is no path, however). We have a Ninja Warrior-style obstacle course for kids in the yard, your kids will of course have access to it. Other things to note There is no air conditioning in the loft. There is a fan in the bedroom (can be moved to the main room) and it remains very comfortable even during the few hot summer days. Please note that there is no dishwasher or TV.
