The space This brand new 40 sqm apartment is designed with your comfort in mind. It is on the ground floor of a typical residential building in an established neighborhood.  The double bedroom is a serene space with cool and calming colors and a comfortable bed (1.60m X 2.00m or 63" X 79"). It has an en-suite (private toilet), a separate shower room and a closet for your personal belongings.   The lounge is a friendly and comfortable space where you can relax or watch TV ( + Netflix). The sofa bed offers flexibility and accommodation for 2 extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen ensures that you can prepare a meal at your convenience (cooker, toaster, coffee maker, kettle etc) and there is also a washing machine and iron/ironing board available for our guests. The apartment is air-conditioned so that you can enjoy your stay all year round. Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical residential building in an established neighborhood. You have full access to the whole space. This apartment has a very precious advantage: a small backyard where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Please note that although we have use of this space (accessible through metal stairs from the bedroom), it is officially a communal area of the whole building and we use it with the courtesy of our kind neighbours. We ask that you please ensure that while using this space, you respect the tranquillity and peace of our neighbours. Although we welcome children, they must be supervised at all times please.  Other things to note *** The space as well as all the bed linen and towels are thoroughly and professionally disinfected after each reservation *** -The apartment is ideal for a couple and can accommodate up to 4 guests (ideally a family of 2 adults and 2 children).
